JVC Bluetooth headphones issue

Hello,
I have a JVC headset that was working perfectly until yesterday, but now the light only indicates red and no, it’s not the battery because I charged it for 12 hours and the light remains red. I can't pair it with my iPhone or any other device. Thank you for your help in advance.

Hi,

Try charging it with something other than its charger.
The issue might be coming from there.
