Hello, I just acquired a Gigaset Trio AL 117A; no operating problems, but no backlight on the screen when I receive or make a call, is that normal?

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 61.0

    Hello,
    Nothing in the manual indicates that the screen should light up during a call.
    IF you manage to read the dialed number or your correspondent's number during calls, I’d say everything is OK.
