    Hello

    I don't know what the context is.... by looking into it a bit, it seems to be an acronym meaning

    "Net Stack Height Variation" which could be translated (?) according to Reverso as: "Variation de Hauteur de Pile Nette" ..... could it be a battery level (since your request is in "mobile")?

    Anyway, if this has nothing to do with it.... you need to clarify the context.....

    NSHV is a compact cabinet ideal for small IT network installations or installations in offices.

    In German, NSHV is equivalent to TGBT in French.
