Hello, I'm reaching out to you about my QT 6100 register. My issue is that I have a screen with nothing on it except a box that says (init date and time and seller 00000 at the bottom price 000
on a background screen the keys are white as if I no longer have any programming and when I press on the screen it gives me seller error E003. How can I recover the programming? I saw that there is a compact card which I think I could reload via the card but I don't have the program. Thank you for a response, best regards.

According to the manual:
Error E003 corresponds to an Employee Error/Employee Error related to order
--Solution: Indicate the correct order number or assign the correct employee
