Hello,
I have a problem with my Yahoo account. When I try to log in, I get the following message:
"Sorry, we don’t recognize this email address."
I tried to create an account, but when I enter my address, it says:
"A Yahoo account is already associated with this email address."
Someone told me that I can no longer use a yahoo.fr address but yahoo.com, but I still don’t have access to my account.
I don’t understand anything, so I can’t unlock my account. Thank you for your help.
