Hello, I am using, in addition to Wi-Fi, the powerline network. This Ethernet connection is no longer working, one of the two adapters does not light up anymore. Does this simply mean it is out of order and needs to be replaced? And furthermore, when one needs to be replaced, assuming the model still exists, does that actually require replacing both?
Thank you
Thank you

Hello
If it won't turn on anymore, it is probably dead.
Replacement could be tricky, because sometimes even within the same brand, if they are too spaced out in time, compatibility is not necessarily guaranteed.
The best thing to do is to ask the manufacturer's support.
Best regards

I thought the adapter was damaged, I tried a reset but the LEDs remain off.
I will indeed need to replace all the equipment.
