    The CTF Loader process or CTF Loader:
    Description: The ctfmon.exe process (User Input Services) is installed as part of the Microsoft Office suite as well as general Windows updates. This process is responsible for activating the Text Input Processor (TIP) from the User as well as the Microsoft Office language bar which is essential for translation as well as voice and written recognition in addition to other user input technologies. It loads with Windows and continues to run in the background even if all Office applications have been closed and it monitors all active Windows to provide text input services.

    Hello,
    to stop the CTF loader at startup,
    look for the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service,
    in Properties, set it to Disabled in Startup type, then stop the service.
