Hello,

Error 102.... it's a connection refused...

It might be the Proxy... so you need to go to the proxy settings of your internet browser and remove it...

Also check in the connection settings if you have a valid DNS or not... You can use 208.67.222.222

Here are some indications... but since you are not providing any valid and useful information, it's difficult to pinpoint your problem...

Hello, I can't find the way to make the required changes (access to proxy settings as well as connection settings for DNS).
Thank you.

We cannot know without knowing the type of your machine or its operating system; you are not providing any useful references... While you are in front of your machine and can browse its menus.

Thank you.
I have executed the following orders:

2nd part: enter the settings on the Wii U
Concerning: Wii U

Once you have followed the instructions from the 1st part: find the IP address of your network, please follow the steps below on your Wii U.

1. In the Wii U menu, select "Console Settings".

2. Using the left stick, select the "Internet" icon and press the A button.

3. Select "Connect to the Internet".

4. Touch "Connection Types" or press the Y button.

5. Select "Manual Setup".

6. Touch "SSID" and enter the name of your Wi-Fi network (case-sensitive).

7. Touch "Security" and select your encryption method, then enter the security key of your Wi-Fi network.

Problem, after typing the name of the box in SSID I click on security then choose "none" and I return to step 6. If I choose "WEP" and put in my Free identifier it tells me "incorrect".
Thank you.

"Select your encryption method": which one should I choose? (web, Spa-psk...)?

This is the Wi-Fi encryption method on the FreeBox... but I can't know it, I didn't even know it was with Free... (that's everything that would have been useful to mention in your POST..!)

Generally speaking (if no one has modified it), it's WPA TKIP, but to verify it, you would need to go into the BOX menus

on "mafreebox.freebox.fr" explained in the Free Tutorial http://supertos.free.fr/supertos.php?page=1439

http://supertos.free.fr/supertos.php?page=1344 regarding the connection... you also need to take into account the version of the FreeBox

There you go, the information exists.. I'm not copying the text because I'm not the author.
