Hello,
I suddenly discover that all my documents with lists have a modified presentation. It becomes an expanded table with pale characters. I can certainly reduce the table but it is considered a zoom and therefore does not save.
Is this due to the mention indicated in the top bar "Compatibility Mode"?
Can we return to the previous presentation?
PC, Word 2010 I believe.
Thank you for your advice.

Hello,
If you are in Compatibility Mode, it’s likely that this file was saved in .doc format (and not .docx). Therefore, some features may not be fully retrieved.
That said, without seeing the document, we can’t really know how these lists are structured.
To remove Compatibility Mode, click on File, and right at the top, you can click on Convert, then save it.

There's no need to ask me your questions privately. I won’t respond.

But I noticed a checked Web button at the top left. When I clicked it, my file regained its original format.
Have a nice weekend.
