Bonjour

j'ai recu le fameux fichier photo.zip, et je l'ai ouvert..........

voici le rapport hijackthis, j'ai remplacé certains chapms par des ***** car c'est un pc pro.

Non, c'est un PC pro et je n'ai pas les droits pour installer quoi que ce soit.
j'ai fait tourné l'antivirus que l'on a (trend micro office scan)

Le seul problème que j'ai actuellement : je n'arrive plus à acceder à mon espace perso MSN (ni celui de mes contact) depuis le messenger

J'ai pu lancé MSNFIX, ca me donne ca :

Hmm,

Qu'est ce que ça affiche lorsque tu essaye d'accéder à ton espace perso Msn ainsi qu'à ta liste de contacts ? ?

je vois ma liste de contact, par contre, si je cliques sur le 'petitbonhomme vert', je ne vois que les coordonnées et plus l'espace perso. idem pour moi...

Désinstalle msn messenger, et dorénavant du utilisera webmessenger https://www.msn.com/fr-fr/ :D Ou bien tu restera au boulot à bien travailler :D

j'ai déjà le webmessenger, mais je ne pourrais pas le réinstaller : pas les droits administrateurs.

Dommage je vais donc bosser.

j'essaierais dès que j'en ai l'occasion, en attendant je met la discussion en resolu

Webmessenger n'est pas une application sur l'ordinateur mais directement utilisable sur le net avec l'adresse que je t'ai passé, tu ne peux pas y accéder ? Son strict dans ta boîte :D
