Data Reconciliation on EBP

Hello,

I don't know what I did, but since yesterday, when I perform an operation on EBP Accounting or Commercial Management 2018 OL, a "data reconciliation" window appears where my two software are listed and I have to check one of the boxes! How can I stop getting this message? It wasn’t happening before, I must have done something yesterday while trying to change the synchronization of my dosers.
and
Following a misoperation, I closed all my accounting journals in January. Can I uninstall the software and reinstall it without issues using the unlocking codes from when I purchased it?

    Hello Necarin,

    Regarding the data reconciliation issue, I have never heard of it. However, it seems that your two management systems (commercial and accounting) are poorly synchronized. You can unsynchronize them and link them again in the company settings (it's the last option in the list).
    For the closure of January, reinstalling your EBP will not change anything. The database will remain and will contain the closure. To revert to a previous state, you need to restore an earlier backup. If you reinstall the software, you may reach the activation limit granted. If that's the case, a call to EBP technical support will resolve the issue.

      Hello,
      Thank you for this information. Indeed, I unlinked the 2 software and relinked them, and it worked, but all my invoices were transferred to accounting even though some were not validated! Oops, fortunately, I unlinked them again and restored the monitoring management, and everything is okay now!
      I still need to look into the linking issue so that invoices are not automatically transferred.

      Glad you can move forward.
      For the transfer, the synchronization in the sales journal is normally done upon invoice validation.

      Hello Omégasoft,

      I'm back again, how can I explain that the quotes are not sorted numerically? I've looked everywhere in the settings or filters but can't find anything, nor in the ONELINE support where I asked my question.

      You say that the JVE sync happens upon validation, so why in my case has everything been transferred to accounting?

      To sort the quotes, click on "Document Numbers" above the list of quotes.

      Regarding the sync, since the restoration, are your unapproved invoices still being transferred?

      Well, it was simple for the quote numbers :)

      I just synchronized the 2 software, no invoices transferred to accounting, phew, that’s a relief. I still need to figure out the next steps, but what bothers me is that the client file is in chronological numbering as input mode, whereas with the old software it was part of the client's name. I'm wondering how all of this will pan out since I restored my client accounts in 411... from my old software.
