Unable to send SMS (Lebara)

Question

I have an Alcatel A3 and I am with Lebara Mobile with a plan costing 10 euros per month, unlimited SMS, 2 hours of calls, and 3GB of internet per month. I have had this plan since the beginning of March, and everything was fine until the renewal at the beginning of April when I could no longer send SMS or use my internet... I'm only 16, so changing the SIM card is complicated for my mother (she is the one paying), and I can't change the SMS assistance center number. Please help me as soon as possible.

I haven't tested it with another phone yet, but I think it has to do with the support center number because it's not the right one (it shows the one for Bouygues while I'm with Lebara Mobile) and I can't change it.

Have you tried putting the SIM card in another phone?
=> If it works, the SIM is not damaged.

Does your phone work with another SIM?
=> If it works, the SIM is damaged, and there's nothing that can be done; it needs to be replaced (in my opinion).
