Hello,
I have been experiencing issues with my Alienware Alpha for several months now; the power button flashes orange when I turn it on and I get a black screen during this time. I would like some insight into the problem it has, as I haven't been able to use it for some time now.
If needed, here is the list of components:
6th generation Intel® Core ™ i7 6700T
Windows 10 Home 64bit
8 GB of RAM
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX960 GPU 4 GB GDDR5

Good evening,
If the hard drive is running and the fan is audible, there may be two problems (most often):
- Check the RAM, try changing its slot, and if possible, swap out the module.
- Otherwise, there's a strong chance that the graphics card has an issue.
