Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out to you tonight because I have a problem with Free.
In order to benefit from applications or a free first month (Netflix, Play Music), and not wanting to use a credit card (and I don’t actually have one, by the way), I wanted to pay via Free Billing.

I read that you need to enable the option in the Free settings, which I checked, but the Google Play - Billing option doesn’t appear in that list.
I noticed that I am not the only one unable to find this option, and I'm asking you if you would have a solution.

    I have a plan for €15.99, unlimited SMS/MMS/Calls/Free Wifi/4G+.

      So you also have the Freebox in addition (Free is your Internet service provider)? It might be in that other subscriber area that you have the Google Play billing.

      In fact, like Orange also offers (ISP)

        Thank you for your help, I found the source of the problem.
        Since my account is not the "main" one, I needed to activate the option via the main account. :)
