Hello,
a computer technician changed my disk and did the installations. This morning, I wanted to remove the Windows Store from the desktop to install it on a tile. I lost it
What should I do? Is there no possible download? I am on Windows 8.1

Thank you in advance to anyone who can explain to me (in a clear way... otherwise I won't be able to do it!)

    Hello michelle06,

First of all, check that the Windows Store is still present on your computer. In the start menu, click on the search button at the top right and type "Windows Store".

      Hello,
No, my searches are leading me either to certain applications that have already been downloaded and that haven’t disappeared (like mail, for example, or others that are quite useless to me) or nothing from the Windows Store that I had searched for everywhere.

It is possible that the Windows Store is disabled. Search in the settings for "Edit group policy".

In the Local Group Policy Editor, click on Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Store.

Click on "Turn off the Windows Store app", and when a new window appears, make sure that the option is set to "Not Configured". If it is not, set this option and then click OK.
