Hello, I can't search for channels on my Toshiba TV, the menu is stuck on mono and I can't remove it, so no channels. Thank you

Configuration: iPad / Safari 10.0

    Hello,

    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and plug them back in.
    If that doesn’t work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
