Hello,
I have a really big issue with my accounting and the only solution is to reopen a previous fiscal year.
Does anyone have the famous code to reopen a year?
(I have EBP Compta v18 2014).

- I emailed the EBP technical support team the following question:

Since I couldn't reach you, I'm reaching out via email.
I need to unlock 2 accounting periods (the N-2 and N-1).
With the simple support package (if I subscribe), will you be able to give me the maintenance code to do this action?
I know this is sometimes done for one period, but I prefer to ask you about 2 periods - I don't know if this request is covered - before subscribing.
I am using EBP Compta v18 2014 (and I have been using EBP software since 1990).

As you do not have an EBP support contract, your request has been forwarded to the sales department, which will respond to you as soon as possible.

We remain at your disposal for any further information.

In short, it's quite vague.
Too bad... I'm fine with taking technical support to resolve my request, but it's quite delicate.
I would be annoyed to subscribe only to be told "we cannot unlock 2 periods, we only do that for one."
Because I know that on EBP you cannot have multiple periods open (and that makes sense in itself).
I hope the sales department will be able to respond to me and guarantee that the support service can help me!

Have you found a solution, please?
It is not possible because it is prohibited to modify a closed exercise.
What you can do is restore the backup before closure and re-enter the entries that were made after this backup... but it's at your own risk.
If you have an error to correct in a closed exercise, you can do it in the following exercise. This is provided for in accounting.
