L'explorateur a cesser de fonctionner !

Bonjour, et bonne année à tous en espérant régler ce problème définitivement .
Apres avoir abandonné pendant des mois, découragé l'idée de trouver une solution à "l'explorateur window a cessé de fonstionner", me voilà reparti pour une nouvelle croisade, j'ai revu tout ce que je pouvais voir sur le net, recherché la fameuse mise à jour KB312........
J'apprend tout d'un coup qu'on doit enlever "winlocker" car il serait en cause.
Je file dans mon panneau de configuration ---> programmes et fonctionnalités que j'ouvre , et là rien point de winloocker !

Quelqu'un peut me dire comment on le trouve et surtout comment on l'enlève ?

Là j'avance pas car je ne sais toujours pas comment désinstaller mywinlocker puisqu'il n'apparait pas dans le liste des logiciels installés, alors que je sais qu'il y est !

salut

pour trouver "les restes" de mywinlocker, fait ceci:

télécharge SystemLook (de jpshortstuff) sur ton bureau clique ici

exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, tape ceci:

:regfind
mywinlocker
:folderfind
mywinlocker

quand c'est fait, clique sur Look et laisse bosser le pc

le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau, poste le via 1 copier coller dans ta réponse

exemple en image:

clique sur démarrer >> panneau de configurtation >> options des dossiers >> affichage

Re bonjour, j'ai donc fait la manip avec OTL ça a marché j'ai un rapport, maintenant je vais essayer le copier/collé des fichiers pour voir si l'explorateur windows marche, merci pour cette première étape.

Donc j'ai enlevé winlocker, mais le message d'erreur est toujours là quand je veux copier un fichier ou une image pour la sauvegarder, la réponse est : " l'explorateur windows a cessé de fonctionner "

Le dossier winlocker est toujours là, vide mais toujours là
avec l'heure ou j'ai fait la manip, donc c'est ce qui a du se passer précédemment

si le fichier est vide, tu cliques droit dessus et tu le supprimes

j'ai bien répondu à la question, mais un peu décalé, je t'ai dit que j'avais bien Service Pack 1
quant à la suite des opérations , je ne peux toujours pas copier et coller mes fichiers et photos car j'ai toujours le même plantage : " l'explorateur windows a cessé de fonctionner "

fait ceci:

désactive ton AV (antivirus)

télécharge FRST de (Fabar) su rton bureau

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/

PS: prend celui correspondant à ton pc (32 ou 64 bits)

https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/windows/169-32-bits-ou-64-bits-comment-savoir/

exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

clique sur "analyser" et laisse bosser le pc

a la fin du scan, les rapports FRST et ADDITION vont s'afficher sur ton bureau, et dans C:\FRST\Logs

poste les rapports via cjoint dans ta réponse
