Screen blocked by voice recognition icon

Good evening,
For the past 3 days, my smartphone has been frozen and unusable because the keyboard has been replaced by the voice recognition icon, which takes up the lower half of the screen. I have searched the internet a lot and tried all the tips, but with no satisfactory solution. Even at FNAC, where I bought it, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I called Wiko and they told me I would have to reset it, which means losing all my data (contacts, texts, photos, important messages, ...) which I do not want to do.
Could someone please help me out of this deadlock? I thank you in advance.

The calls to HUAWEI customer service and the visit to one of the technical centers only yielded a first-level response suggesting the solution of a factory reset which will delete the photos. However, I have photos of a deceased person on my phone that I do not want to lose.
I am therefore continuing my research...
