Uninstallation impossible

Hello,
After successfully installing an old game designed for machines running Windows 95 to XP, "Syberia 1", on Windows 10, I am now having trouble uninstalling it.
Whether I go through the classic "Control Panel" or "Settings/Apps & Features", I end up with the same result. A box appears with the message "Error extracting support files: Fatal error".
Has anyone else encountered the same issue? What is the solution? The application that is supposed to uninstall the program is "InstallShield Wizard".
