Prevent the message "Restore pages? Chrome didn't..."

Hello,

I have a PC in a showcase that displays a Google Chrome page in full-screen mode.
In case of a power outage, the restart occurs correctly but...

I have a window: "Restore the pages? Chrome did not shut down properly."

I would like to prevent this window from appearing after a restart due to a power outage.

Thank you for your help.

    Hello...

Does it come back when closing Chrome too?
    Best regards,
    See you soon

      No,
by normally closing Chrome I don't get the message.
As soon as I click on the window's cross, it disappears and doesn't come back.
But since it's a PC in a display case, I'd like to avoid having this window in case of a restart due to a power outage (not very aesthetic, I don't always think about it and it's not always easy to access the PC). ;-)

What I mean is that if Chrome is not open, in case of a power cut and restart, this window should not open, since there are no pages to restore...
Close Chrome (not "minimize"!), turn off the machine and restart to see....

If Chrome is constantly open on this PC, it allows me to display information on it via an HTML page on a screen located in a showcase.

In that case, unless you install an inverter, I don't see what else to do... wait for other opinions.
PS: you could try in the settings to put "resume my activities where I left off," you never know...
