Self-Exhausting Credit.

Solved

Hello, since I changed my phone, my credit runs out by itself even though I don't go online (since my plan doesn't allow it) and I have unlimited texts. With my old phone, this didn't happen, but since I changed it, I'm losing 3 to 4 euros a day!
Are there others in the same situation as me? If so, what did you do?
PS: My phone is the Samsung Galaxy Ace.
Thanks in advance!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

I'm also losing credit even though I'm on Wi-Fi, so I shouldn't normally lose any??
Can someone tell me how to stop this??
    Thanks in advance!!
    P.S.: I have a Wiko Stairway!!

You shouldn't have to spend anything more. :)

    Hello,
I think it's the phone and app updates that are causing you to lose credit.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace myself, and I think it's because you have 3G+ activated. Right?
If that's the case, then you need to:
    - Press and hold the lock button,
    - A small window will then open,
    - You will see: "Network mode activated"
    - Tap on it to deactivate it.

    And there you go :)

Let me know if it works.

    Have a good day!

      Hello,
Yes, indeed, the 3G+ was activated, so I have disabled it as you advised. It's been 2 hours since it has been disabled and I still haven't lost any credit; I hope the issue is really resolved.
In any case, thank you very much for your help! :)
Have a great rest of the day.

      I have a Samsung Galaxy 4, I recharged 10 euros at 2 PM and at 5 PM I had 38 CENTS left.

I don’t know how to fix this problem.
