How to remove VeriSign

My computer has somehow installed the VeriSign software that blocks all potentially dangerous sites. The problem is that it detects any site as dangerous. I can no longer access my emails via MSN, every website opens but not completely, and if you click on something else (a subcategory of the site), it searches for who knows how long and ends up displaying a blank page. It really annoys me; if you have a solution to give me, it would be welcome! I've started all possible antivirus programs, but VeriSign won't go away and I can't find it on the hard drive. Thanks for your responses.

F - Hijackthis - Diagnostic and repair tool
download HijackThis here:
http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/138-hijackthis-1991.html
Unzip it into a designated folder.
For example C:\hijackthis < Make sure to save it in c: !

Run it then:
click on "do a system scan and save logfile" (see demo)
copy and paste the entire log on the forum

I recommend renaming Hijackthis, to counter a potential Vundo infection.

ex: Rename the HijackThis.exe file to eden.exe to do this, right-click on the HijackThis.exe file and choose rename from the list

Next, with Explorer create a folder c:\hijackthis
Unzip Hijackthis into this folder.
It's important for backups."
