Incorrect Wi-Fi password

Hello,

I am seeking your advice regarding a small problem. I have a Mac OS X 10.4.1 (yes, it's an oldie but still going strong). Recently, I switched my Internet Service Provider and opted for the Free Crystal box. This box is connected to a Windows 10 PC via Ethernet cable. I am trying to configure the Wi-Fi so I can also use my subscription on my Mac. I've done what was necessary in my Free account, chosen the network name, the password, the security settings, and activated the router just in case. On my Mac, Airport can identify my box, but whenever I enter the password, it always tells me it's incorrect (even though it's not, I've checked it ten times). Have I overlooked a step? Which Wi-Fi key should I choose? Basically: why is my old man telling me this?

Thank you.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 62.0.3202.94

Hello,

It's surprising, it happened to me on my Mac too... but I can't remember how I did it...
The best thing to do is to directly copy and paste the Wi-Fi password from your client area, be careful with uppercase/lowercase letters, and make sure there are no spaces at the end of the Wi-Fi password (I'm saying this because it happened to me before)

Hoping to help you!
