Hello,
I have had a small black dot the size of a pin in the same spot on my screen for the past 3 days.
Is it spyware or a defect in my screen?

    actually it's a pixel that is no longer working
    there are solutions, for example pressing it with your finger to see if it "wakes up" without guarantee
    I believe there are software that supposedly wakes up pixels
    also without guarantee
    the best thing is still to do nothing
    moreover, no screen is guaranteed against a single dead pixel (I believe it's a minimum of 5 according to the brands)
    even less if the screen is no longer under warranty at all
    in your misfortune it is "stuck on black" it's less of an issue than on white
