I think I found it; for some products, there are several colors available, and in that case, if you don't click on the desired color, the "Add to Cart" button won't work. So if your product has multiple colors available, choose one!

Hello. For the choice of sizes or colors, no problem. So I choose the size or color, the quantity, I click on add to cart and then a window pops up telling me that the addition cannot be done, to refresh the page, and to redo the selection and add to cart.
