no audio device installed

Question

Hello, for more than 15 days, I have not had any audio device on my Polaroid mpc1445pje02 notebook. I do not know the manufacturer of my sound card, so I wanted to search with DriverCloud, but since it is not installed, it cannot find it. I tried installing Realtek but nothing worked. I did a complete reinstallation of Windows 10 Family which changed nothing. Can someone please help me, thank you in advance    Configuration: Windows / Firefox 56.0
