Hello,

I have an issue with my printer; when I try to print a document/photo, it prints out gibberish characters that make no sense. I should mention that this problem is unique to my computer, as all my other devices print fine, and the issue appeared after a factory reset.

Computer running Windows 7

    It seems to be a driver problem..

    The data sent to the printer is interpreted as text rather than as data to be printed.
