Epson printer horizontal bands

Question

Hello,
I have an Epson XP-332 printer, and when I print, there are horizontal white stripes in the middle of my texts, and the writing is not completely black; it's more like gray. Please help me, thank you.

Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 11.0

check your cartridges to see if they need to be changed otherwise perform a cleaning of the print head nozzles which must be clogged refer to your printer's troubleshooting guide...

I have exactly the same problem with a printer of the same brand and model.

Even if it's off-topic, I’d like to mention that I went from 50% to 0% ink level on my color cartridges after printing just a few pages of network reports... which contain no color. Epson is starting to feel like a scam...

I’ll come back if I have any updates.
