Hello,

I have a motherboard (ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8Z77-V) and I wanted to know if it is compatible with the latest graphics cards released on the market? I would like to point out that I am currently using an "old" GeForce 660 Ti, which is starting to show its age and I would like to modernize a bit.

Other useful info: the CPU >> Intel Core i7-3770 (3.4 GHz)
the RAM (recently changed) 16GB in DDR3

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 55.0

    Hello,

your Asus P8Z77-V motherboard was released in early 2012, and the latest graphics cards came out in 2016 or 2017:
I recommend updating your BIOS to the latest version 2104 from late 2013 to avoid any compatibility issues that may arise
myth: any graphics card is compatible with my PC

Also, if you order online, you have 14 days to return the graphics card without explanation if it doesn't work

Personally, I don't think you'll have problems with the GTX series 1000, and if you get a card from Asus, if you happen to have an issue, Asus should strive to make their two components work together :)

Hi, yes it will be compatible, you need to check with your power supply and if the card fits in your case.

for my case, here is the model: Cooler Master HAF X, I don't think space will be an issue ^^, and I had planned for a large power supply back then, so I don't think it'll be a problem :)
