FTP issues with FileZilla Server

Hello,
I just installed FileZilla Server on my PC.
However, while the window opens correctly, the following lines appear in red:
You appear to be behind a NAT router. Please configure the passive mode settings and forward a range of ports in your router.
Warning: FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in.

How can I resolve this issue?
I would like to specify that I have an SFR BOX.

  @kaumuneI may be biased, but it seems obvious to me that rights should be granted to a user for a folder when requested.

  @brupalaEspecially since I just saw that by default, the minimum rights are granted by FilezillaServer by default
  
  In the screenshot I provided, taken from the tutorial, they are unchecked because the allocated directory is not selected
  
  So that wasn't the cause of the problem
  
  A problem solved by a false solution... stronger and stronger... ;-)

Hello,
This camera is connected via a powerline adapter to my home and goes through my SFR box.
I followed the manufacturer's advice and installed FileZilla Server on my PC using the help provided here:

Then, I enter the information in the camera software (see below), but when I run the test, it fails.

  With all the masking, it's not easy to help you...
  Is the user account indeed an account that you created in the FileZilla server?
  The port seems quite long, normally, the server listens on 21.
  And the IP address, are you sure it's the one of the server?
  Run a netstat -an on the server to check.

  @magnus888I have the impression that (like many) you are confusing the administration interface of FileZilla Server and user accounts.
  The administration port is 14147 and the admin account, but that's not the case for users.
  Users are created in step 2 of your tutorial and their port is 21 by default.
  Below are 2 solutions to retrieve your local IP address: Your local IP address likely looks like 192.168.0.
  And this local IP address is? (You can put it, it is not accessible from the internet).

  It’s not that complicated to do what you’re asked, instead of doing your experiments on your own...
  I was asking for another PC to test the server from a PC, we get more information about what’s going on, especially in command line.
  Otherwise, you should have logs of the connection attempt on your server, assuming it’s the correct IP address.
  Also,
  did you create a user on the server?
  Is that the one you’re using in your camera?

  It's pointless to hide the IP address and the port, other than to confuse the issue
  
  Set the port to 21 as already mentioned several times
  
  Temporarily disable the Windows firewall (it was blocking my access to Filezilla Server) as well as any potential security suite, like the crap that is Avast

In the camera settings, port 21 is not allowed!!!
I tried disabling the firewall and my anti-virus (Microsoft Security Essentials): same problem!!!

  You are not in FTP client configuration right now...
  This is not the initial screen.
  Also,
  Do not enter a gateway IP address or DNS on the camera if it does not need to access the Internet.
  We recently had the example of these devices being hijacked by botnets to generate massive DDoS attacks.
  So, without a default gateway, that can't happen to them.

  You still need to allow FileZilla Server (file C:\Program Files (x86)\FileZilla Server\FileZilla Server.exe) through the Windows firewall
  Disabling it (the firewall) had no effect, probably because you still had the wrong port configured on your camera
  
  P.S.: Your !!! are unnecessary and add nothing

Well alright, I'm an idiot. Initially, I followed point 4 of the tutorial, which is what motivated my first post.

  Besides that, did you (finally) enable port 21 and allow Filezilla Server in the firewall?
  
  Another thing, in point 2 of the tutorial, they create a user, that's good, and they allocate a directory, that's good too, but they don't give any rights to that user.
