Hello, I don't know how to disable restricted mode to watch videos on: Facebook, YouTube, etc. Thank you... PS: I am really a novice, so I need every step detailed for me, otherwise I'm lost. I don't have the patience or the mindset to search where I need to go, what I need to click, what I need to validate, because I am not in good health. Thank you. My search engine: Google Chrome.

I had the same problem and after trying all the solutions found on the web, I finally managed to fix my issue. In my case, it was by disabling an extension (Browsing Protection by F-Secure) that comes with my antivirus. My antivirus has been around for a while and I don't know why this extension suddenly became "active," but if it can help someone...

Hi, thanks for the tip. I had the same issue; suddenly, restricted mode was on YouTube, supposedly enabled by the network administrator. Uninstalling the F-Secure extension from Chrome fixed the problem!
