MUET appears on the screen; how to disable this feature?

Hello,

On the small bright screen of our: Alcatel F 330 it shows: MUET and I have no sound, I am not heard and I hear nothing. What should I do, THANK YOU

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 49.0.2623.112

    Hello,
    The Muted indication means that the handset microphone has been cut off (so the person you are talking to cannot hear what you say see the manual on page 15
    Excerpt

    If this phone is connected to a box, try resetting the box by cutting its power supply for a few tens of seconds.

    if that doesn’t solve the issue, please describe the icons present on the screen as well as their states (blinking or not) using page 13 of the manual.
