Hello,

I'm not really looking for help with my problem, just some information.

I am a resident of Martinique and I've noticed that some sites, particularly legal streaming sites, "block" my access to their content.

In fact, after some searching, I realized that it was the IP address range that was blocked. My ISP provides me with two address ranges that change every day around midnight (local time). Only the address range in 90.Y.X.X (the last two octets change daily) is restricted on the internet. There are no issues with the other address range that is different from 90.

Anyway, a reboot of the modem until I land on my other address range solves the problem.

I'm reaching out to you because I can't find any information regarding the fact that the address range 90.Y.0.0 is "blacklisted" or referenced as a problematic address.

Thank you for your attention,
Best regards

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 60.0.3112.90

Hello,
otherwise, a VPN (remote NAT) can solve your problem by giving you an IP address in the mainland or elsewhere...

and... There you go!
