Bonjour, depuis quelques jours par moments, j'ai un écran bleu m'indiquant le problème situer en titre ci-dessus, et j'ai entendu comme quoi il faudrait une désinfection du Pc pour régler ceci, je me suis renseigné et c'est une erreur de driver . Merci de vos réponses et votre aide.
(J'ai utiliser le logiciel "WhoCrashed" qui me situe les erreurs mais je ne comprends pas trop).

il faut donner le rapport whocrashed.
Utilise Whocrashed : Telecharger WhoCrashed

- Fais une mise à jour DriversClouds (voir tuto si besoin : https://www.malekal.com/driverscloud-mettre-a-jour-ses-pilotes/ )
- si tu as des appareils USB autres que la souris et clavier, test en les débranchant
- si tu as un antivirus style Avast, AVG etc, test en le désinstallant.
Si tu as Malwarebytes, pareil.

Merci je vais essayer de mettre à jour les pilotes mais il me semble qu'il y sont déjà, si non j'ai fait un Scannow avec le CMD....

Tout les pilotes ce sont installer correctement, mise à part le pilote carte graphique et je pense que ça viens d'ici, il n'a pas plus l'installer.
