Good evening
I am seeking advice, a course of action, as I am absolutely not a computer specialist.....
Here is my request:
I am going to a campsite that offers the possibility to connect around the reception area via the wifipass system
Indeed, it works
But as soon as I return to my pitch, about + or - 70 meters away, I lose the connection.
How can I increase the reception (amplify the signal) with my computer running Windows 10
If that is possible of course
Thank you for your good advice

Configuration: Android / Chrome 58.0.3029.83

You can buy a nano 600 wifi USB key that searches for the wifi connection, I have a nano 300, my box is on the ground floor and my computer is on the first floor, it works very well, the nano 600 is more powerful, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, there are more expensive ones with a wifi antenna but that's when it starts to get pricey, look for essential B nano 600 USB key to see the product specifications.
Have a good Sunday.

good evening
thank you for your response
I will look into that, but I find it too simple, as the wifi offered is not available throughout the campsite, there must be a reason for that
good Sunday to you too

In this campsite, you don't have to use their wifi; you can easily set your mobile as a tethered modem for your PC,
it depends on your ISP, you need at least 75 GB of internet,
I'm with Bouygues, and they told me I could do it
everything depends on your mobile plan and especially your phone's capabilities,
if you have 4G on your mobile, it's perfect, and there's no need for the camping's wifi.

Good evening
indeed, I can too, but I only have 2 GB in my plan, and that gets used up quickly, that's why I thought about the camping Wi-Fi
have a good Sunday, and thank you for your idea

Oh okay, 2 GB is way too little for a modem, oops!!!
So it's just the Wi-Fi amplifier left at a reasonable price, Auchan, Darty, Boulanger to check out.
