Hacking Snapchat Account

Hello,

I've had my Snapchat account hacked a few times now. I've received emails saying that another phone is logging in. I've changed my password several times, but the problem persists.
I'm probably going to file a complaint, but in the meantime, I wanted to know if the person accessing my account can access my personal photo gallery, aside from the snaps?

    Having another phone doesn't mean hacking.......
    Filing a complaint about that is absolutely useless!

      The police told me that there were several logins after I kept changing my password, so the person manages to find it every time.. There's nothing else to do, Snapchat does nothing but anyway that wasn't the question I was asking..
