Hello,

I am currently abroad and to get a bus card I need to upload a photo, but whenever I try to upload one, it displays this message: "The size of the file of your identification is larger than 2Mb. Please upload a file with size not exceeding 2MB."
The problem is that I absolutely have no idea what size my photo should be according to French measurements. And when I upload a photo that is too small, it shows me this message: "Please make sure that an image of at least 335px X 414px or more is uploaded."
I am having trouble figuring out the French measurements and I have no idea what size my photo should be.

    Hello,

    There are 2 elements to consider:

    - the size: less than 2Mb
    - the resolution: minimum 335 pixels by 414 pixels

    I suggest using this software to adjust your photo:

    https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/photo-graphisme/13797-light-image-resizer/

    Choose your photo that is over 2 Mb and compress it using this software.

      I downloaded the software but I don't know how to make it less than 2MB?
      I changed the resolution but the size is still not right.

        Reduce the height and width, it also changes the weight of the image.
