Hello everyone!
So, I bought two concert tickets at Cultura for Coldplay on June 8, 2017, at the Stade des Lumières in Lyon, but the problem is that these two tickets have two different entry gates, one on the West side and one on the East side, and we are on the field, so it is nearly impossible for us to meet up in the stadium...
I called the stadium, but they told me they couldn't do anything, and advised me to call Cultura directly, but they also have no solutions...
So I wanted to know if there is a solution to my problem, if I could try to enter through the same gate with the person accompanying me, and if they check at the entrance of the stadium to see if we are at the right gate.
Has anyone ever had the same problem as me?
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I think it will be up to the discretion of the person checking the ticket at the entrance... you can give it a try... just keep in mind that you might have to enter separately, so plan accordingly with your timings...

Thank you very much for your reply!
I think I'm going to give it a shot, but I'm really scared we might get turned away at the entrance...
Hoping it works out...

It's a bit of a gamble, you can always get back in, but it might take a little longer if you have to wait in line again...
Having done the entrance beep at concerts, I know that we can sometimes be lenient if we see that people are acting in good faith, so it's important to stay polite and explain the situation.
But plan a backup solution!
Good luck!

Hello,
I don't know if my message will be seen 7 years later but I'm experiencing the same thing. I bought 2 tickets for Imagine Dragons at Stade de France, West entrance and East entrance in Gold standing... What did you do? Did you meet up or did you try to get in together? I hope to get a response lol
Each event is different, depending on the policies of the organizers, the company responsible for managing entry (which may not be the same as the organizers), or even the agent you encounter...
There are always people who get in the wrong line; sometimes it doesn't matter, sometimes it does... It's impossible to answer outside of the situation.
If it's a rush, and the agents are annoyed or under pressure, there’s less chance they’ll be accommodating...
Perhaps for this kind of event, the entrance doesn’t matter since there are no designated seats...
Once again, there are too many factors to provide an answer.
