"timeout exceeded" only on a specific site

Hello everyone, and thank you in advance for your help,

I will explain my problem:
I can access a website without any issues with my Freebox at home, but as soon as I arrive at work with the same PC, I can't access it: "Connection timed out"
By the way, I noticed there was a redirection of the website:
Redirecting you to http://patrimoine-oral.org/dyn/portal/index.seam?page=alo&aloId=23919&fonds=3&cid=864

P.S.: It's at my work, but I have control over the equipment

So my analysis is that if the problem were with my PC, I wouldn't be able to access the website even at home. So it likely comes from my router.

Have you ever encountered this situation? Yet I have a standard configuration (at least I think so)? Could you help me?

If the hotel has Wi-Fi, and if you go back and forth without a VPN, you're taking big risks. Are you sure your PC or your routers are safe?

Instead of your routers, why don't you get another French box? At least it would be updated regularly, it's safer.

However, I don't know what a VPN is, especially what it does and how it works.
