Hello everyone,
I just downloaded Minecraft for PC on Windows 10, and when launching the game, a message appears telling me that I don't have Java, so I downloaded it but during the download, a message pops up saying that Java could not be downloaded because of error 1603: "the Java update could not be completed".
So I looked for ways to avoid this, I searched the forums, asked friends, looked on the Java website. I tried everything: downloading the offline program, downloading again...
After a while, I found on a website that it was due to old versions of Java, but when I delete them, this message appears: "a missing TIM file for uninstalling this program".
And I tried the Java Uninstall Tool but no change. :'(
Could you help me?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Oracle (owner of Java) has written an article dedicated to this error:
https://java.com/fr/download/help/error_1603.html
Additionally, I recommend installing CCleaner to use its registry error fixing feature. Trust does not exclude control.
