Macbookpro qui se bloque dès que je regarde une vidéo

Question

Bonjour,

Je viens d'acquérir un mac book pro (décembre 2016) et je rencontre déjà des problèmes.
Depuis le début celui-ci se bloque. Je suis alors obligée d'éteindre et de le redémarrer s'il ne le fait pas tout seul. Au démarrage c'est toujours le même message : " votre ordinateur a redémarré en raison d'un problème...". 
J'ai remarqué que cela arrivé principalement dès que je tentais de filmer (avec photo booth) ou de regarder une vidéo (youtube et/ou enregistrée sur mon disque dur).

Si j'ai bien compris il s'agit d'un "kernel panic" mais je ne sais pas si c'est dû à mon mac ou bien à un logiciel. 

Je sais que je n'ai pas de mise à jour à faire. Par contre je n'ai jamais voulu installer Sierra, est-ce que cela peut avoir un lien?

Si quelqu'un pouvait me proposer des solutions... Il est pourtant tout neuf!

Supprime complètement Avast,

fais une réparation selon cette page

et test ensuite...

EDIT : passe également un Scan avec MalwareBytes pour supprimer un éventuel adware installé par Avast :

J'ai bien exécuté tout ce que Francis m'a conseillé de faire.

Je pense avoir résolu une partie de mon problème. Pour l'instant pas de problème lorsque je regarde une vidéo.

Néanmoins, je remarque que l'application Photo booth plante toujours (au bout de 4'00 ou même avant) et fait directement redémarrer l'ordi...
Je pense donc que là aussi il doit y avoir un problème spécifique, mais lequel...

Je ne vois rien d'anormal on vas attendre la confirmation de Francis :)

Rien de vraiment anormal  dans ce rapport. 

Essaie après avoir supprimé le fichier des préférences de PhotoBooth 
il se nomme :
com.apple.PhotoBooth.plist

Tu quittes d'abord Photobooth, puis pour atteindre son fichier de préférences, 
depuis le Finder tu vas dans le menu Aller en gardant la touche alt enfoncée, cela fera apparaître la ligne Bibliothèque. C'est ta bibliothèque personnelle... donc tu y vas, et dans cette bibliothèque, va dans le sous dossier Preferences... dans ce dossier Preferences, tu localises le fichier 
com.apple.PhotoBooth.plist
et tu le mets dans la corbeille, corbeille que tu vides alors. 

Et si tu quittes Chrome, ça change ? 

et que tu supprimes Chrome dans les agents de lancement  au démarrage du Mac... - regarde ce qui se trouve dans les Preferences système / Utilisateurs et groupes / ton compte / Ouverture ...
