Thank you in advance. By the way, I wrote to customer service a week ago but have not received a response. My TV is not connected and when I went to their website, I couldn't find where to download the update. If you could help me get the link.

Hello and welcome,
If your TV is connected to the internet, you can update it via the network (see menu), otherwise, by downloading it onto a USB drive from the brand's website.
