Hello,

Faced with the slowdown of my PC and the staggering memory usage that Firefox occupies (yesterday 1.8 MB after a few hours), I went to take a closer look via the task manager and I notably have this Web Helper that keeps opening processes. Apparently, it's some kind of malware. How can I get rid of this crap once and for all?

Configuration: Windows 8 / Firefox 51.0

Thank you, I started the procedure and fixed Firefox (it's already better regarding RAM, by the way). I use Chrome very, very, very rarely (twice a year), and never use Explorer at all: is it really necessary to touch Explorer then?
