Hello,

I've tried all the keys you're talking about and nothing works :( my mouse still doesn't come back on the screen. What should I do? Is it a virus on the computer?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 47.0.2526.83

    Hello,
this is a real issue, try one of the keys at the top of the keyboard like the F keys.., try F4 to see, otherwise...

if you have a USB mouse, try plugging it in and wait a bit, there are only 2 solutions in this case
    with the USB mouse:

    - the mouse appears, in which case, unplug it and see if your PC's mouse (touchpad) returns to the screen

    - the mouse still does not appear,
go to control panel, then to mouse, then to hardware

If there is nothing, it means your TouchPad is no longer recognized and therefore, either broken or it's a hardware issue
if the USB mouse doesn't work either and is also not recognized, it's more of a hardware problem

First solution above all: before anything else I recommend a system restore to the last restore point when your mouse was still working

If you don't have the mouse you can carry out these steps using your keyboard with the start key => then with the arrows then enter, and in the control panel use the tab and enter keys

if that still doesn't work we'll consider other options ;)

I had the same situation. In fact, my young son, I don't know how he did it, but he disabled the touchpad device in the device manager, so I clicked on enable device using a USB mouse.
      Thank you titi6
