Right-click in the middle of the desktop, new, shortcut, and in the area, paste the desired URL...

Hello,

You go to the desired site.
You copy the site's address.

You return to your desktop.
Right-click in the "empty space"
In the menu that appears, you choose "new" then "shortcut"
A page opens asking for the location, you paste the site address there.
On the next page, you enter the name you want.

And there you go.
