Exclamation point in front of my emails on Mac

Hello,

suddenly on my Mac, a black triangle with an exclamation point appears in front of the emails.
Could you please find me a simple solution to get rid of it? Thank you in advance

Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 10.0.2

I receive all my emails via the internet. But this triangle with an exclamation point disappeared for 2 hours and then came back ???? Thank you
