RECURRING ISSUE: Unable to open the app error -600

Hello, I have a Macbook Air purchased in 2014, and for some time now, a message appears when I open applications (even the simplest ones) or pages on Safari. The application then freezes, and the only way to close it seems to be to restart my Mac. For example: Unable to open the "Calculator" application. -600

I attempted to repair the permissions, but the same window with the message appeared when I opened the Disk Utility.

    What is the disk (or SSD) usage rate?
