Windows has been infected with adware and potentially unwanted programs. These unwanted programs are known to cause advertising pop-ups and significant slowdowns in your web browsers.
Here are the steps to follow:

1°)
Follow the AdwCleaner tutorial by Xplode

• Download it to your Desktop or Downloads folder,
• Launch "AdwCleaner" and then click on [Scan],
• The scan will take several minutes, please be patient,
• Once the scan is complete, do not deselect anything, click on [Clean],
• Once the cleaning is finished, a report will open,
• Copy/paste the content of the report into your next response.

If the copy/paste does not work, use the website http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ to host your report, provide the link to the report in a new message.

Note: The report is also saved under C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

then:

Follow the FRST tutorial. ( take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained ).

Download and run the FRST scan, 3 FRST reports will be generated:

• FRST.txt
• Shortcut.txt
• Additional.txt

Send these 3 reports to the site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ and in return provide the 3 pjjoint links that lead to the reports here in a new response so we can review them.

You can use Geek Uninstaller; if the software doesn't want to uninstall when you use the uninstall option, use the force uninstall option.
