Hello,
I just received the Nikon Coolpix S7000 for Christmas. I admit that I don’t know much about it (yet) but still..
Is it possible to disable the button beeps (and any other sounds if there are any)? And if so, how? I’ve gone through the entire menu and can’t find it, I’m afraid it might not be possible at all.

Hello,
I don't know the Coolpix S7000 but I know that on some other Nikon models you need to go to:
Configuration Menu
Reference Section
Sound Settings
